The road connecting Chorla Ghat to Belgaum has become a nightmare
for commuters especially ambulance drivers thereby risking the lives of
critically ill patients. The route, plagued by severe potholes, has turned into
a obstacle, causing major difficulties for ambulances transporting patients
from Goa to Belgaum for urgent medical treatment.
Sources state that ambulance drivers are forced to navigate through
treacherous conditions, making the already challenging task of carrying
paralyzed patients more unsafe. The bumpy and dilapidated road significantly
delays travel time, putting lives at risk.
Local citizens urged the authorities to immediately repair the
road and ensure smooth and safe passage for ambulances.
