The Anjuna Communidade has issued a stern notice to the organizers of India Bike Week, citing the unauthorized use of a larger land area than originally allocated. In a decisive move, the Communidade has cautioned that failure to settle the balance amount for the additional land utilized could result in the revocation of the No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Expressing dissatisfaction with the organizers’ alleged encroachment beyond the allotted land space, the Anjuna Communidade has demanded payment for the surplus area utilized during the event. The notice served to the India Bike Week organizers serves as a strict warning, emphasizing the necessity of compensating for the land that exceeds the initially designated boundaries.
