Besides doing their
allocated work of constructing the Cortalim flyover from the Zuari bridge to
Verna, contractor Dilip Buildcon has created an added tourist attraction at
Cortalim — another Dudhsagar waterfall from the flyover. As soon as it rains
heavily, huge amounts of water gush from all the joints of the flyover and
falls onto the road, vehicles, and overflows from the gutter. The water creates danger of accidents on the busy road
