MARGAO: South Goa principal district and sessions judge, Nutan Sardessai, on Thursday, rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by Siddesh Borkar of Malbhat, who had moved the court fearing arrest in the murder of Taleigao businessman Hassan Khan.
Khan was murdered on the intervening night of March 21 and 22 in his Honda City car. Agassaim police who are investigating the case have arrested six people who are presently in custody.
Police suspect the involvement of Borkar in the murder.
