AP student arrested for drugs

The Colva police on Monday evening arrested a 19-year old student of Andhra Pradesh under the NDPS Act for possessing 10 grams of ganja.
Colva PSI Anand Shirodkar informed that accused Javed Mohammed was nabbed by local residents at the Colva beach when they noticed him in possession of the drugs.
He said after the accused was handed over to the police, a search conducted on his person revealed that he was carrying 10 gram of Ganja.
Replying to a question, PSI Shirodkar said the accused would be interrogated to find out the source of the drugs.
