PANJIM: Archbishop of Goa and Daman Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão, Governor of Goa P S Sreedharan Pillai and Chief Minister Pramod Sawant extended their Christmas greetings.
In his message Archbishop Filipe Neri Cardinal Ferrão stated, “As I wish everyone a Happy and Blessed Christmas, I pray that we may all strive to reach out to everyone, particularly to the least and the last, listen to the voices and the needs of the people around us and spend our lives in the service of others, building thereby a new society and a strong communion of communities. God’s blessings on all during this Christmas time.”
Governor of Goa P S Sreedharan Pillai in his message stated, “On this occasion, let us re-dedicate ourselves to put into practice the great message of Jesus Christ to live in peace, strengthening fraternal ties and resolve for all of us to work together for the prosperity and glory of our motherland.”
Chief Minister Pramod Sawant extended his greetings by stating, “On this occasion, I pray to the Almighty for the happiness of people & development of the State. Let us all unite and work for the prosperity of the State by directing all our efforts and energy in ensuring progress of our State. Merry Christmas to all.”
