Aurangabad rider dies in Barcem mishap

MARGAO,  JAN 10 
A young motorcycle rider from Aurangabad, Rahul Shinde (24) was killed in a road accident in a collision between his two-wheeler and a Maruti Omni on Saturday.
The incident occurred on the NH-17 at Barcem, five kms from Balli.  The motorcycle rider, who was employed with Nestle company, died on the spot, Cuncolim police said.
The Cuncolim has arrested the driver of the Omni vehicle for rash and negligent driving and causing the loss of the motorcyclist.
Further investigations are on.
