MAPUSA: Anjuna police arrested Michael Neuschler (32), an Austrian, with drugs.
According to Anjuna PI Suraj Gawas, a police team headed by PSI Amir Taral and staff conducted narcotic raid on Tuesday near Anthony Hospital, Chivar Anjuna and nabbed the Austrian with 2.2 grams of suspected cocaine and 6.2 grams of suspected charas all worth Rs 29,000.
PI Gawas informed drugs were hidden inside the tool box of the Royal Enfield Bullet registered.
The Austrian is booked under Section 21(b), 20 (b) (ii) (A) of NDPS Act. PSI Sujay Korgaonkar is investigating the case.
