Austrian nabbed for drug peddling

Anti Narcotic Cell (ANC) last night arrested a 25-year-old Austrian national for possessing banned LSD tablets worth Rs 3 lakh.
The raid conducted by police sub inspector Tushar Lotlikar found that the accused Oliver Pinz was selling drugs near Anjuna gram panchayat at around 8 am.
Police said that the accused had arrived in Goa a month back and was staying in the coastal belt.
The accused was produced before Judicial Magistrate First Class, Panjim today and remanded to seven days police custody.
