BICHOLIM: A prominent physician has called upon people to avoid immoral practices to control population explosion.
Addressing a population stabilization workshop, Dr Pradeep Padwal said, “It is necessary to have equal ratio between birth and death rates in order to have control over population by universal method.”
The workshop was organised by Indian medical Association in association with Primary health centre (PHC) Bicholim at Hirabai Zantye memorial hall.
