As part of the 12th State Road Safety Week, an awareness campaign was organized for Panch members of Anjuna. The initiative aimed to educate and promote road safety among citizens, emphasizing the importance of adhering to traffic regulations.
Sdpo Mapuca, Jivba Dalvi, delivered an informative session, with the presence of Pi Anjuna Traffic, Gaurish Parab, and Pi Anjuna, Prashal Dessai. The primary message was clear: every member of the public should prioritize their safety and that of their loved ones by following traffic rules, including wearing helmets and seat belts. The objective is to reduce traffic violations and accidents, ensuring that everyone returns home safely to their families.
Jivba Dalvi appealed to the attendees to propagate these safety measures among their constituents. To facilitate this, pamphlets were distributed, intended for display in prominent locations, as a reminder to all citizens to uphold traffic regulations. By doing so, the community collectively works towards creating safer roads and a secure environment for everyone.
