Baina Murder: Vasco JMFC court grants 7 days of police custody to the 2 accused

The Vasco Judicial Magistrate of First Class Court on Tuesday granted seven days of Police custody to the two accused Amir Hussain and Deepak Sahini who are allegedly involved in the murder of Umesh Harijan. The other three accused are still at large & police have begun combing operations to find them.

The two are arrested under sections, 143, 148, 341, 323, and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The post-mortem examination report revealed that the cause of death is lung injury due to a stab wound. The family of the deceased is demanding justice.
