PANJIM: The South Goa District Magistrate has imposed a complete ban on use of lantern kites, wish kites and laser beam with high intensity lights especially during festivals within 10 kms of Dabolim Airport boundary to avoid danger to the safety of the aircrafts during its landing and takeoff for a period of 180 days from Feb 12.
