The organisation had rallied behind the saffron party in the 2012 Assembly elections for supporting elementary education and grants to primary schools in Konkani and Marathi.
“We have alternatives other than BJP to support in the upcoming polls. When we can manage to dethrone Congress and bring BJP to power, BBSM can lend its support to other parties too,” BBSM’s Subhash Velingkar told the media.
