PANJIM: Gera Developments, with a track record of over 50 years, one of the pioneers of the real estate industry and the award-winning creators of premium residential and commercial projects including the innovative ChildCentric Homes, in Pune, Goa and California have recently handed over Goa’s first ChildCentric Homes project Gera’s River of Joy at the Kadamba Plateau, Goa to the customers.
The possession event was carried over three days recently, where 108 villas of Zone A were handed over.
Speaking in a press conference the Managing Director of the Gera Developments Rohit Gera emphasised that the customers should be given more benefits by the government.
“Benefits must be given to the home buyer than the builders so that this can really kick-start the economy after the pandemic. This clearly indicated that to push the economy the demand side must be taken care off as the supply side has been recently given some benefits,” he said.
Gera’s River of Joy has 364 homes across a mix of apartments, row houses and cluster villas. The project is located at the Kadamba Plateau which is the hotbed of development in Goa.
Rohit Gera further added that “The ChildCentric Homes have received a phenomenal response in Goa. We have just handed over the first phase to our customers. Our customers are looking forward to experience all the offerings and various academies of ChildCentric Homes. The show has just begun with the launch of the Bhaichung Bhutia Football School at Gera’s River of Joy.”
He mentioned that more than 85 per cent buyers are from Goa and 96 per cent have already been sold out.
