MARGAO, JULY 26 The gram sabha of Betalbatim village panchayat was adjourned midway through the meeting after agitated members demanded that the Panchayat first take action against a slab construction. Sarpanch Minguel Pereira informed that the meeting witnessed an uproar after the members demanded to know the status of the construction.
