MARGAO: The Additional Sessions Judge D Patkar on Monday posted hearing of the case against Vikat Bhagat to March 4, as the witness who was being examined on Monday suddenly complained of uneasiness and the judge was forced to adjourn the matter.
Incidentally, Bhagat was produced in the court in handcuffs as per the court direction.
