The apartment is located in the Sky Pan building within the upscale Oberoi Complex on New Link Road. Spread across the 11th and 12th floors, the duplex reflects the premium residential appeal of Andheri West—one of Mumbai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods for celebrities and high-achieving professionals. The deal further highlights the continued demand for luxury housing in the area.

Anny Divya, who has taken the property on lease, is a well-known name in the aviation sector. Hailing from Vijayawada, she gained recognition as one of the youngest commanders to operate a Boeing 777, among the largest twin-engine aircraft in the world.

Meanwhile, Bhooth Bangla is reportedly being made on a budget of around ₹120 crore and will require strong box office performance to achieve returns. Speaking about the film, Priyadarshan has shared that while he does not personally believe in ghosts, the story explores psychological fear and gradually builds tension before offering a fresh perspective.

The film boasts a strong ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Mithila Palkar, and Wamiqa Gabbi, promising a mix of humour and suspense.
