Bhushan Infra ups stake in Bhushan Steel

Bhushan Infrastructure today said the firm has increased its stake in Bhushan Steel to 3.29 per cent.
Bhushan Infra, one of the promoter group companies, has purchased over 3.01 lakh shares, representing 0.71 per cent stake, in an open-market transaction, a statement said.
The firm had purchased 1,48,000 shares on March 12 (0.35 per cent), while 1,53,026 shares, representing 0.36 per cent were bought on March 13.
Prior to this purchase, the promoter held 2.58 per cent stake.
