A
large number of people were seen crowding the Corporation
of The City of Panaji Councilor building on Tuesday, to get licences for the
Annual ‘Ashtami’ fair.
The fair will be held from August 17 to August 30 along
the Campal Promenade in Panjim. With just 200 stalls up for grabs, the stalls
are offered on a first come first served basis.
