Bike Race Witnessed on Atal Setu Cable-Stayed Bridge

In a daring act of non-compliance, two persons were spotted participating in a bike race on the Atal Setu cable-stayed bridge, directly flouting the directives set by the state government.

The government has explicitly prohibited the entry of two and three-wheelers onto the Atal Setu, a stance outlined in an official order. This order not only restricts the use of such vehicles on the newly constructed cable-stayed bridge but also explicitly states that parking on the bridge is categorically forbidden.

Furthermore, pedestrians are strictly barred from accessing the bridge for safety considerations. Despite these clear regulations and safety measures, this audacious bike race unfolded, raising concerns about the enforcement of the established rules.
