PANJIM: A four-day meeting of the Western Region Conference of the Catholic Bishops of India, Committee for Catechists will begin from January 21 at St Joseph Vaz Spiritual Renewal Centre, Old Goa.
The event will commence at Our Lady of Penha de Franca Church, Britona with an interaction between the catechetical directors from the Western Region, and the Catechists and Religion teachers from Goa.
WRCCBI Committee for Catechists Chairman Archbishop Filipe Neri Ferrão will address the Directors.
Later, they will hold discussions on the topic ‘Liturgical Catechesis.
This will be followed by presentation of papers on the different aspects of the liturgical catechesis by many priests who are experts in the field.
