MARGAO: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday dared former minister and Congress candidate for Calangute constituency Michael Lobo to disclose the name of the person, who he claims to be the “super CM” who controls Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant and the government.
Addressing media persons in Margao, BJP spokesperson Urfan Mulla along with Rupesh Mahatme said Lobo should be ready to face the heat for his wrong deeds.
“We have been hearing again and again from former minister Lobo that Dr Pramod Sawant is just a “namesake” Chief Minister and actually the government is run by somebody else. It is our challenge to Lobo to disclose the name of that person who runs the government”, Urfan demanded.
He further alleged that Lobo is involved in illegal activities such as drugs and land grabbing.
“Lobo being a minister failed to resolve the issue of the taxi owners from Calangute”, Urfan alleged.
