Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has alleged that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLAs and Ministers are involved in purchasing and selling properties that have been seized by the Special Investigative Team (SIT) seized properties.
AAP Goa President Amit Palekar has made serious allegations against the BJP claiming that
few BJP MLAs and ministers are involved in the sale and purchase of properties
seized by Special Investigation Team (SIT).
He further said that SIT
has become another mode of extortion of genuine Goan owners. Earlier the land
grabbing was associated with criminals, whereas now the government itself is
grabbing the lands of Goans, he said. According to Palekar, the allegations are
based on the files which the AAP recently received.
