Body of Parra boy found

The body of a 14-year-old boy from Parra, who was reported to have drowned at Arambol beach on Sunday, was found in Kolamb Lake at Arambol Beach on Monday morning.
It may be recalled that Rahul Tukaram Morajkar, who along with his relatives had gone for a picnic at Arambol Beach, had gone for swimming, where he was reported to be missing.
Frantic efforts by Pernem police and Fire Brigade personnel to trace the body till late Sunday proved futile. However, the body was retrieved on Monday at about 11 am.
The body was sent to GMC Hospital in Bambolim for autopsy.
