The doctor trying to remove the cancer of corruption. Was in the opposition during the Narvekar’s tenure and finally managed to oust him. But could not take over the reigns as well as power till date.

Chief Minister who promised to take action. Tried to act in 2003; but could not fix things. The strategy could possibly be attributed to this master strategist.

Sanguem MLA and co-opted member. Has his roots in the managing committee. Vilas Dessai is his man in GCA.
