PANJIM: The Anjuna Police on Monday registered an FIR against bouncers of a Club situated at Assagao for allegedly assaulting a man from Pune and his three friends.
According to the police, Anil Khare, 32 from Pune lodged a complaint stating that on Monday between 3.30 and 4 pm, the bouncers of the club assaulted him and his friends namely Aryam Shrivastava, Ruchir Gupta and Gautam Nagarkar over the issue of using the washroom.
During the scuffle, another unknown accused rushed from nowhere and assaulted the complainant with a glass bottle on his forehead due to which he started bleeding profusely, police said.
