A boy was critically injured after his two-wheeler collided with a bus at Shantinagar in Vasco. Eyewitnesses claimed that the boy, riding without a helmet, collided with a city bus from behind. The impact caused him to fall onto the road, while his bike slid beneath the bus. Notably, the bike lacked a registration number plate.
Narrating the incident, the bus driver mentioned, “I was in the process of reversing the bus when I heard a jolting noise from behind. Upon inspection, I witnessed the aftermath – it seems he might have lost control, leading to the skid and his fall from the bike, which then slid under the bus.”
The injured boy was transferred to GMC for medical for further treatment. The Vasco police arrived on site to conduct further investigations.
