The Colvale police on Monday arrested a 25-year-old man from Thivim for allegedly uploading obscene photos of his girlfriend on social media, after she refused his marriage proposal.
According to the police, the two had been in a relationship when the accused had sent a marriage proposal to the girl a few months ago. He was however rejected by her family which forced the girl to reject his proposal.
