MARGAO: It's official. Chief Minster Manohar Parrikar has finally cleared decks for resumption of work on the controversial Sinquetim-Benaulim bridge to be used only for two-wheeler traffic, but the two MLAs of Navelim and Benaulim have expressed their reservation on the government's move.
