PANJIM: The burkha clad man, who was nabbed by the alert citizens, at Panjim bus stand is a State government employee.
Sources revealed that the man is an employee of the Directorate of Planning and Statistics.
A complaint has been registered against the accused at Panjim police station.
The complaint says that Virgil impersonated to be a Muslim woman by wearing burkha and entered into ladies toilet at the bus stand.
