CALANGUTE: The Calangute police on Wednesday night arrested three persons wanted for murder and other crimes committed during the Maratha Arakshan Morcha held in Navi Mumbai.
Calangute PI Jivba Dalvi said that the accused persons attacked people during the agitation of Maratha Morcha strike that was called by the Maratha people all over Maharashtra this year on July 25.
The Crime Branch Navi Mumbai police officers arrived on Thursday early morning and took custody of the three accused persons and left for Mumbai.
