CALANGUTE: On Monday, the Calangute police arrested a Madhya Pradesh native for committing theft of a Royal Enfield bullet motorcycle worth Rs.2,00,000 from Tivai waddo, Calangute which was taken on rent. The bike thief was nabbed within hours of registering FIR. As per the Calangute PI, Jivba Dalvi a complaint was received from Dominic Lobo a resident of Bhati Wado, Nerul that one person had taken the Royal Enfield bullet motorcycle worth Rs.2,00,000 bearing registration No. GA 03 N 5876 on rent on November 18 for one day. The accused was identified as Amit Khanna, a resident of Tilaknagar, Madhya Pradesh.
Upon registering the crime on Monday immediately the police tracked the accused and arrested him.
