CANACONA: A convocation ceremony to distribute certificates was held by Canacona ITI at its premises, on Thursday.
Municipal Chairperson Nitu Sameer Desai was the chief guest and handed over the passing certificates to the candidates. Nitu Sameer Desai was recently elected unanimously as chairperson of Canacona Municipal Council.
On the occasion, Nitu Desai congratulated the students and motivated them to work hard to achieve excellence in their respective trade.
Others present at the convocation ceremony were ITI Principal Ravikiran Pawaskar and his staff. The programme was compered by Dilma Velip and vote of thanks was proposed by instructor Lenin D’Costa.
