CUNCOLIM: The body of a 32-year-old Dellem-Canacona resident Prakalp Naik was found near the NH 17 at Ghodewal, Paddi.
Cuncolim Police have registered a case of unnatural death. According to Cuncolim Police, on Sunday night when the 32-year-old Dellem-Canacona resident was proceeding to Balli to visit his in-laws, he stopped to answer the nature’s call near the fields but lost his control and fell. The incident came into light Monday morning. First, police suspected some foul play and hence called for a forensic expert. After thorough investigation the suspicion of foul play was ruled out.
Police have sent the body for post-mortem.
