Candolim garbage woes

I  am a resident of Arady, Candolim and have been struggling with the issue of garbage dumping in our village over the last few years. A garbage dump was created in the village a few years back due to which we are facing problems even to breathe. There are problems with garbage management such that one gets garbage smell outdoors in the entire village, as well as in our houses even when the doors are closed. The gut-wrenching stench makes it difficult to even have meals.
