Margao: A car caught fire near Old Chowgule College in the early hours of September 19, reportedly after coming into contact with firecrackers.
The incident occurred at around 12.25 am, following which the fire brigade was alerted. Firefighters rushed to the spot and brought the blaze under control, preventing the flames from spreading further.
