PANJIM: Goa Pradesh Mahila Congress Committee President Pratima Coutinho on Saturday stated that the cases filed against her for allegedly revealing the identity of the minor molestation victim were politically motivated.
Coutinho on Saturday morning appeared before the Women Police Station and was questioned for nearly two hours. “Today I was summoned by the women police to record my statement. I have fully cooperated, I have given my statement for two hours,” Coutinho said.
She added, “I would like to say that these cases which political outfits and some NGOs have put are totally false and politically motivated.”
