Casino Royale gets stay on licence cancellation

PANJIM, FEB 2 The management of Casino Royale on Wednesday got a stay on the government order of cancellation of their licence. The order to this effect was passed by the Administrative Tribunal, sources in the company told Herald.

The management of Casino Royale on Wednesday got a stay on the government order of cancellation of their licence.
The order to this effect was passed by the Administrative Tribunal, sources in the company told Herald.
The under secretary Home V P Dangui had passed an order on Monday terminating license of Casino Royale and Arabian Sea King as they did not have trading licence from DG Shipping.
Following the order, the company had moved the administrative tribunal yesterday which granted a stay on the government order. The next hearing in the case is fixed for February 11, officials said.
