PANJIM: The High Court of Bombay at Goa on Friday showed resentment over Crime Branch (CB) not filing an investigation status report in the Munnalal Halwai cheating case.
Vasco businessman Halwai had complained that he had been cheated of Rs 1.15 crore. During the hearing on Friday, the High Court showed its resentment over Crime Branch for not complying with its order dated January 9, 2017 ordering to file an investigation status report in the case.
