Goa: Air India has unveiled an exciting collaboration with renowned celebrity designer Manish Malhotra, aiming to create new uniforms for their frontline staff, which includes cabin crew, cockpit crew, ground, and security personnel. Manish Malhotra, celebrated for dressing numerous celebrity brides in India, expressed his honor and enthusiasm regarding the partnership with Air India. Meetings, discussions, and fitting sessions have already commenced with Air India’s frontline staff to ensure the uniforms meet their specialized requirements. While the new designs are set to provide a fresh and modern look, it is reported that sarees might not be entirely eliminated from the uniform choices. Ready-to-wear sarees, designed for ease of wear without intricate draping, are among the options being considered.
