PANJIM: In an order issued by the Personnel Department, Gaurish Shankhwalkar, joint secretary to Governor has been given additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), North Goa Zilla Panchayat (NGZP), with immediate effect.
This order was issued with the approval of the State Election Commission, stated Vishal Kundaikar, Under Secretary (Personnel-I).
