PANJIM: Chief Electoral Officer Kunal and Election Commission of India (ECI) Secretary Sanjeev Kumar Prasad called on Governor P S Sreedharan Pillai at Raj Bhavan and presented Due Constitution Notification under Section 73 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, constituting the new Legislative Assembly of Goa.
Secretary to Governor Mihir Vardhan was also present on the occasion.
The Goa Assembly elections were held in a single phase on February 14 and the results were declared on March 10.
