Chain snatchers on the prowl in Loutolim. Two separate incidents of chain snatching were reported at Loutolim on Friday and Saturday. One, near Dream Land Restaurant on Saturday while the other incident was reported behind the post office on Friday. The incident, took place in broad daylight, while two women were walking on the road on Saturday. The incident has left one victim, Flora traumatized. An unidentified person riding a scooter is suspected to be the thief and his movement was recorded on a CCTV camera. The police are on the lookout for the perpetrator.
