CANACONA: Canacona police on Sunday registered a case against two residents of Chapoli for allegedly abusing and assaulting a person from the same locality.
Canacona police informed that based on a complaint from a Chapoli resident, they have registered a case under Sections 325, 504 and 506 (ii) read with 34 of IPC against two persons from the same locality on Sunday.
Police informed that both the accused have been booked for using filthy language, assaulting the complainant thereby causing injury to his ear and for threatening him with dire consequences.
