NEW DELHI, MAY 28
A Delhi court today framed charges of murder, criminal conspiracy and spreading enmity between two communities against Congress leader Sajjan Kumar and others in a 1984 anti-Sikh riots case.
Additional Sessions Judge Sunita Gupta ordered framing of charges against Kumar besides Balwan and Krishan Khokhar, M Yadav, Captain Bhagmal and Girdhari Lal.
