VASCO: Former Mormugao Municipal Council chairperson and Councillor Shekar Khadapkar has criticised the night staff at Chicalim Cottage Hospital for their insensitivity and indifference in allowing the body of an accident victim to remain on a hospital stretcher for nearly four hours.
