PANJIM: The contentious Dabolim parking imbroglio was dragged before the court with a writ filed in the High Court asking it to issue a contempt notice to the Chief Secretary B Vijayan for not complying with its order to decide on the Dabolim parking land re-notification by August 10, 2013.
