Child panel issued notices over release of Apna Ghar juveniles

PANJIM: The Goa State Human Rights Commission (GSHRC) issued notices to Child Welfare Committee (South) in two separate cases for allegedly releasing two juveniles from Apna Ghar without proper investigation.
