Herald TV organised a Painting competition in association with the directorate of archaeology powered by Adlem Goi, Prabhudesai Electronics & D.P Shirodkar Co. and Venue Partner Reis Magos Fort. Children displayed their artistic talents on the theme ‘Heritage of Goa.’ A large number of children participated in the competition held in two categories.
In the 1st category of classes 1 to 4, Anneliza Nazareth secured first place while Zoya Killedar and Shubra Chawan secured second and third place respectively. In the 2nd category of classes 5 to 8, Avneesh Pujari secured the first place while Laksh Naik and Sanvi Sinari secured the second and third place respectively. Associate professor and head of the department history of Dhempe College, Prajal Sakhardande and Artist Adita Uskaikar were invited as guests and judges.
